If Meridan Gaming (CY) Ltd is unable to settle a dispute, either party is entitled to refer the dispute to the National Betting Authority (NBA) via email address [email protected].
Players are entitled to report any complaint they may have initially to the NBA in accordance with Cyprus Law and in particular with the provisions of Article 15 of the Betting Law 2019 and of Directive 20/2017 (Procedure for Submission and Examination of Complaints) issued by the National Betting Authority.
