Introductory Remarks

 

The expressions used in these sports betting rules by electronic means of communication (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") during betting organizing on sports events and other events, shall have the following meaning in accordance with the Betting Law 2019 (37(I) 2019), as well as its subsequent amendments – hereinafter referred to as the “Law”:

 

Class A or B License Holder:

 

In accordance with the Article 33 of the Law, the person shall be capable and qualified to acquire the Class A or B License, in case the Authority assesses that such person:

 

  1. Holds or may procure adequate resources and maintain minimum prescribed reserves subject to the decision of the Authority, in order to secure winnings payout for players

 

  1. Maintains appropriate system of monitoring and logistics control of provided betting services

 

  1. Applies terms and conditions when providing betting services that, according to the estimate of the Authority, provide satisfactory protection to the players, and

 

  1. Secures adequacy of work of any other equipment to be uses.

 

Authorized representative: “Authorized representative” shall represent a person (legal or natural) that provides betting services for the account of the Class A License holder,

 

Event: Any future event with uncertain outcome with measurable results.

 

Betting: In accordance with the Law “Betting” means any type of betting which is carried out regarding sports or any other events by physical persons who are participating that are happening in real life, under the condition that, the winnings of each player are determined by the person who is organizing the bet, prior or during the time it is being carried out, with reference to the amount which each player has paid for his participation in the bet, as well as to the determined price to be returned by the specific bet and which is conducted after a Class A Betting License is given, as is provided under aforementioned Law.

 

It is assumed that this definition is not interpreted as premature payment prohibition.

 

Offer: The list of Events and their results with winning odds, which is offered by the betting organizer and published on the internet.

 

Customer/Player: A person who has accepted these rules, who meets the conditions for participating in betting and with financial participation (“stake”) takes part in betting.

 

Stake: Amount of money in domestic currency, used by the player to place a bet, on predicting an outcome of a betting event

 

Outcome: The result of the event for which, according to the Law, betting can be organized.

 

Gross Profit: Total profit of the Player as a result of Betting, including the Stake.

 

Net Profit: the amount of money that the Player has earned by Betting. Gross Profit minus Stake.

 

Obvious Mistake: Any error in the Offer related to the Event itself, included: i) incorrect prices ​​of the relevant odds/handicap/total, ii) incorrect prices ​​during the live element or after the end of the match, iii) when an error has been detected before or after the start of the match. (see article 25 below).

Daily Profit: It is profit on tickets which are accepted or paid on the same calendar day

 

Refund: Returning of the Stake to the Player that used monetary amounts for Betting in case that Betting is void at any reason.

 

Void Betting: The situation, in which, instead of already written odd on ticket, odd 1 is counted (for example: postponed match, cancelled match, incorrect pairs etc.).

 

Collective Betting: The series of the same or similar placed bets in the same calendar day online by several Players for which the Bookmaker suspects that they are joined to avoid limitations established in these Rules.

 

Odd: Proportion between each unit of money paid by each person participating in the bet and the corresponding profit attributable to it

 

Favorite: the team or the player that, according to the betting organizer, has higher probability to win

 

Outsider: the team or the player that, according to the betting organizer, has lower probability to win

 

Home Team: the team or the player which is first listed in the Offer (mark 1). It does not need to be actual host of the Event.

 

Away Team: the team or the player which is second listed in the Offer (mark 2). It does not need to be actual host of the Event.

 

Tournament: Event - championship where opponents are trying to obtain the best placement.

 

Placement: Final position / place on the table upon completion of event – championship.

 

Handicap: Advantage given to the outsider in order to equal the possible outcome of the event and to increase the value of betting. Handicap is always added to achieved result first listed team/competitor.

 

Official Sources of Information:

1) Official website of the event organizers; 2) official website of the host of the event; 3) official website team home team; 4) official website of the away team.

Live score internet sites are not official and not considered when settling results. If the official information differs from site to site, precedence is applied by the hierarchy above.

Closed Game: Closed game is considered in that bet It is considered as a bet whose final result is won or lost.

 

Long-term Bet: Outcome upon the completion of event.

 

Unavailable Event: Betting where the final outcome or the outcome of betting cannot be changed until the end of the event

 

Ticket: Pursuant to provisions of Article 2 of the Law the “ticket” is a form on participation in betting in electronic form, approved by the Authority in line with guidelines issued by the National Betting Authority, including all the details and amount of the bet.

 

Noticeboard: Board located within the betting shop, used for daily presentation of odds, betting rules, as well as the offer of the organizer, and to provide other information related to betting that connected to the betting shop.

 

“The following rules are written in Greek, English and Turkish language, as a service to our customers, as per article 45 (1)b of the Betting Law from 2019, N37 (I) 2019, which has been approved by the National Betting Authority.

 

Data security is under the provision of article 53 of the Betting Law 2019.

 

Class A License holder shall be obliged to retain tickets and any information with regard to providing betting services, for a period of five (5) years and may not destroy the same after the five (5) years have lapsed without the prior approval of the Authority.”

 

Article 1

 

According to these Rules, the Company organizes Betting on Events for which, in accordance with the Law, betting can be organized.

 

Article 2

 

Betting is the activity of predicting the outcome and providing stake.

 

Article 3

 

All persons older than 18 years, who accept these Rules, can participate in betting on the events, regardless the gender, residence, nationality or any other physical or social feature.

 

Minors, who have not completed the age of 18, are not allowed to enter the premises and are prohibited from betting and/or participating in betting.

 

Company’s or Bookmaker’s employees cannot participate in betting, as well as the other persons for whom it is forbidden by the Law.

 

Article 4

 

The services that Bookmaker provides to the players are based on the sound relationship and efficient services of betting on the events organized in betting shops.

 

When betting, the players shall be obligated to follow principles of conscientiousness and fairness. 

 

Article 5

 

By participating in betting on the events, the customer/player accepts these Rules entirely, as well as all rights and obligations which are defined by Law.

 

In the event of any dispute between the player and the Bookmaker which cannot be solved amicably, the Player may file a complaint to the National Betting Authority, that, in line with Directive 20/2017 and its competences, defines the procedure for complaint submission and review.

 

Article 6

 

Betting is organized according to Bookmaker’s Offer, which includes events, types of betting and odds. The Company may cancel (erase) your bet in case of obvious mistake. This may occur in case of obvious mistakes such as reverse odds for an event or other accidental mistake from listing odds.

 

Article 7

 

The placement of a bet is processed through the betting slip in an electronic form. Bookmaker keeps the right not to accept the bet, without any further explanation.

 

Article 8

 

 

Bookmaker reserves the right to define the limits of minimum stake and maximum pay-out per ticket.

 

Bookmaker will indicate to the players the minimum and maximum amount of financial participation (stake) and will announce on the noticeboard before the beginning of each event.

 

Minimum stake in the betting shop is € 1 (one euro)

Minimum stake per single bet is € 1 (one euro)

Minimum stake per combination is € 0,1
 

Bookmaker reserves the right to change any of these limits, upon prior approval of the National Betting Authority, as well as regarding the event, as well as separately for participants on betting.

 

Bookmaker will announce any modification to the player in advance.

 

If in a combination, some events are entered with different limits on maximum stake, then the amount of maximum stake in this combination will be set to minimum value.

 

The amount of maximum payout of the player per combination is defined with limit for championship/sports event.

Regarding the maximum pay-out, in the event of a combination of sports on a ticket, it depends on the maximum odd in a particular sport.

 

For example, hockey, baseball, and football are placed on a ticket, and the maximum payout for hockey is €8,000, for baseball it is €10,000 and for football it is €15,000.

 

In this case, the maximum payout in this betting slip/ticket will be €8,000 due to hockey.

 

Article 9

 

The customers are obliged to comply with all the rules.

 

In case of violation, the stake paid through violation of rules shall be considered void and the stake shall be returned.

 

Article 10

 

Related bets are not accepted.

Multiple bets are not accepted.

Multiple bets are considered to be repeated bets, where at least 3 same events are included in more than one tickets.

Article 11a

 

 

In case of repeated tickets, they shall become void, and stake shall be returned.

 

Article 11b

 

Stakes will be returned whenever a customer does not obey the rules and laws and in case of an obvious mistake.

Article 12

 

Bet can be placed until the earliest event on the ticket starts, unless stated otherwise.
Whenever this rule is not obeyed, the bet is cancelled, and stakes are returned.
This rule does not apply on Live Betting and Empty Bet.

Official data provides the schedule of events.

Article 13

 

Winning combination is that in which there is no missed tip.

 

Article 14

 

Winnings are paid out to the customers at the betting shops in cash.

 

Article 15

 

The Company guarantees the potential pay-out in accordance with these rules (see Article 8).

 

Article 16

 

Bookmaker shall execute pay-out upon availability of official data (maximum 15 days).

 

Article 17

 

Official outcome of the event is the result achieved on the court. Possible deviations, subsequent outcome modifications etc. shall not be considered.

Final Outcome - The customer places bet on the team to score more goals at the end of regular time

Draw no bet (undecided) - The customer places the bet on final score. In the event of a draw, the bet will be counted with odd 1.

 

DNB1 – Home team to win, draw result the bet will be counted with odd 1

 

DNB2 – Away team to win, draw result the bet will be counted with odd 1

 

Half Time or Full time - The customer places bet on the result at the end of the half time or the result at the end of the match

 

I1*1 – Home team to win in the first half or home team to win the match

 

IX*X – Draw in the half time or draw in the end of the match

 

I2*2 – Away team to win in the first half or away team to win the match

 

Half Time/Full Time - The customer places bet on the outcome at the end of the first half and the outcome at the end of the match

 

1–1 – Home team to win in the first half and home team to win at the end of the match

Handicap – The customer predicts the winner of the match at the end of the regular time and after the final score has been adjusted to the handicap (advantage given to a team).

 

The game is calculated in following way: In the scored total goals of home team, handicap is added or deducted (it is deducted if there is handicap with mark “–” (minus) in the ticket).

Totals - The customer places bet on whether total number of Goals/ Points/ Sets/ Games/ Touchdowns/ Yards/ Tries/ Innings/ Runouts/ Cards/ Corners/ Penalties/ Maps/ Kills… will be over or under certain preset margin

Even/odd - The customer places bet on whether the total number of goals/ points in the match will be even or odd (final result 0:0 is considered to be even number of goals/ points)

 

Half with more goals/points - The customer places bet on half with more goals

II> – More goals/ points are scored in the second half than in the first half

 

I=II – Same number of goals/ points is scored in both halves or the exact score of the match is 0:0

 

Double/ Multiple bet - The customer places bet on two or more bets simultaneously (at the same time)

 

Example: 1&-P - The customer places bet on home team win & < points.

 

First team to score – The customer places bet on the team to score the first goal/ point in the match

 

Score 1st goal – Home team scores first goal/point

 

Score 2nd goal – Away team scores first goal/point

 

If game ends 0:0 all bets are not-winning

 

Correct score - The customer places bet on the exact final score at the end of the match

 

Halves - The customer places bet on how many halves the team will score more goals than the other team in the regular time (in how many halves the team will win)

 

H0 – Home team wins no halves

 

H1+ – Home team wins at least one half time

 

H1 – Home team wins exactly one half time. The bet loses if home team wins in both halves

 

H2 – Home team wins in both halves

 

A0 – Away team wins no halves

 

A1+ – Away team wins at least one half time

Total yellow/red cards in phase - The customer places bet on total yellow/red cards in a phase (group phase/ eight-final/ quarter-final/ semi-final/ final) of a event (event). Cards shown after regular time and cards shown to officials do not count.

 

Penalty saves - The customer places bet on goalkeeper to have the highest number of penalty saves

 

MVP - The customer places bet on officially announced Most Valuable Player in event

 

Final Pair - The customer places bet on Final Pair of event

 

Top Goal Scorer - The customer places bet on player who will score the most goals during a event. If two or more players score the same number of goals, Dead Heat rule applies.

 

Top Assistant - The customer places bet on player who will make the most assists during a event. If two or more players make the same number of assists, Dead Heat rule applies.

 

Top Team Goal Scorer - The customer places bet on player who will score the most goals in a team during a event. If two or more players score the same number of goals, Dead Heat rule applies.

 

Total 0:0 matches - The customer places bet on total number of matches to end with no goals

 

Total 3+ matches - The customer places bet on total number of matches to end with 3 or more goals scored

 

Total 0-2 matches - The customer places bet on total number of matches to end with less than 3 goals scored

 

Total 4+ matches - The customer places bet on total number of matches to end with 4 or more goals scored

 

Total 5+ matches - The customer places bet on total number of matches to end with 5 or more goals scored

 

Total 6+ matches - The customer places bet on total number of matches to end with 6 or more goals scored

 

Total Penalty kicks in phase (Group phase/ eight-final/ semi-final/ semi-final/ final) - The customer places bet on total number of penalty kicks in phase. Shoot-out penalties do not count.

 

Total scored group penalties - The customer places bet on total number of scored penalty kicks in group. Shoot-out penalties do not count.

 

Total missed group penalties - The customer places on total number of missed penalty kicks in group. Shoot-out penalties do not count.

 

Duel - The customer places bet on duel (teams/ players/ drivers/ racer/ corners/ penalties/ red cards/ yellow cards/ goal scorers). Duel is achievement comparison of two given subjects. Winner is the subject with better score/ achievement.


If both teams are eliminated in same phase, the following is taken into account:

 

  1. Team with more points
  2. Team with better goal difference
  3. Team scored more goals

 

If the achievement of both subjects is equal, Dead Heat rule applies

 

Duel penalties do not consider possible extra time

 

Elimination after penalty kicks - The customer places bet on whether the team will be eliminated after penalty kicks

 

First Corner in final match - The customer places bet on team to take First Corner kick in final match

 

Kick-off - The customer places bet on the team to take kick-off

 

First time winner - The customer places bet on the team to be the first-time winner of a event

 

Goalkeeper to score - The customer places bet on any goalkeeper to score. (Penalty goals do not count)

 

Football player to score from own half of the pitch - The customer places bet on Football player to score from own half of the pitch

 

Final match referee - The customer places bet on the name of the Final match referee

10 Min Final Score – The customer places bet on the result in the match after 10:00 minutes of game, i.e., from 00:01 (beginning) until 09:59 (nine minutes, fifty-nine seconds)

 

10 min 1 – Home team to score more goals in period

 

10 min 2 – Away team to score more goals in period

 

10 min X – Draw, both teams to score the same number of goals or no goals in period

NG – at least one team does not score during the match (at least one team to end the match with 0 goals)

 

IGG – both teams to score at least one goal in the 1st half

 

IIGG - both teams to score at least one goal in the 2nd half

 

GG GG - both teams to score at least one goal in both halves

 

NG NG – at least one team will not score a goal in the first half and at least one team will not score a goal in the second half

 

Goals in both halves – The customer predicts if in both halves will be scored at least one goal or not

 

1 + 1 - at least one goal in both halves

 

0+0 - no goal in any half time

 

Draw no bet – General Rule «Draw No Bet» (DNB)

 

Half time or full time – Customer predicts the result at the end of the half time or the result at the end of regular time, selection is won if selected outcome happens at least once

 

 

Half time/full time - The customer places bet on the outcome at the end of the first half and the outcome at the end of the match

 

Half Time/ Full Time + - The Player predicts the outcome at the end of the first half and the result at the end of the match

 

1X-1 – First half double chance and home team wins at the end of the match

 

1X-X – First half double chance and draw at the end of the match

 

1X-2 – First half double chance and away team wins at the end of the match

 

X2-1 – First half double chance and home team wins at the end of the match

 

X2-X – First half double chance and draw at the end of the match

 

X2-2 – First half double chance and away team wins at the end of the match

 

X-1X – Draw at the end of the half time and double chance final score

 

X-2X – Draw at the end of the half time and double chance final score

 

12-1 – First half double chance and home team wins at the end of the match

 

12-2 - First half double chance and away team wins at the end of the match


Time of the first goal – The customer predicts if the first goal of the match will be scored before or after a specific time (0-10 minutes if a team scores on this time, the bet wins). If no goals are scored in that time, all bets lose.

 

For all bets referring to events or results in relation to time periods, bets will be settled based on accurate time data provided by official statistics.

 

Half time result – The customer predicts just one half time result (first or second)

 

Total goals (90 minutes 1st half, 2nd half) - The customer predicts how many goals will be scored at specific period of the match or in the whole match:

 

0G – there is no goal in specific period

 

1G, 2G, 3G... – exactly 1, 2, 3... goals will be scored

 

Goal Limit – Bet is winning if number of scored goals belongs to marked limits, provided that lower and upper limits are counted (ex. 4-6 bet is winning if in the match will be scored 4,5 or 6 goals)

 

1+, 2+ ,3+.... - Bet is winning if in a specific period will be scored at least goals as much as marked (ex. 3+ bet is winning if in the match will be scored 3 or more goals in specific period)

 

I - mark for goal in the 1st half

 

II - mark for goal in the 2nd half

 

First Team to Score – General rule “First Team to Score” shall apply

 

Correct score – General rule «Correct Score» applies

 

Handicap - General rule «Handicap» applies

 

More goals – General rule «Half with more goals/ points» applies

 

Even/odd – General rule « Even/odd » applies

 

Halves – General rule «Halves» applies

 

1 NB GG – Home team wins the match. If the home team does not win, and both teams score at least one goal, the stake will be returned

 

X NB GG – The match is a draw. If the final result is not a draw, and both teams score at least one goal, the stake will be returned

 

2 NB GG – Away team wins the match. If the away team does not win, and both teams score at least one goal, the stake will be returned

 

1 NB 3+ – Home teams wins the match. If the home team does not win, and the total number of scored goals in the match is 3 or more, the stakes will be returned

 

X NB 3+ – The match is a draw. If the final result is not a draw, and the total number of scored goals in the match is 3 or more the stake will be returned

 

2 NB 3+ – Away team wins the match. If the away team does not win, and the total number of scored goals in the match is 3 or more, the stake will be returned

 

1 NB 0G – Home team wins the match. If the home team does not win, and no goals are scored in the match, the stake will be returned

 

2 NB 0G – Away team wins the match. If the away team does not win, and no goals are scored in the match, the stake will be returned

 

GG NB 0G – Both teams will score at least one goal in the match. If at least one team does not score a goal in the match and no goals are scored in the match, the stake will be returned

 

Double/Multiple Bet – Customer places bet on two or more accumulated selections which all need to be winners

 

I1+&II2 – 1 or more goals scored in the first half and 2 or more goals scored in the second half

 

1&3+ – Home team to win and 3 or more goals scored in the match

 

2&3+ – Away team to win and 3 or more goals scored in the match

 

GG&3+ – Both teams score, and 3 or more goals scored in the match

 

1-1&3+ – Home team to win the first half and home team to win the match and 3 or more goals scored in the match

 

2-2&3+ – Away team to win the first half and away team to win the match and 3 or more goals scored in the match

Result

The match result achieved is considered valid regardless of which team is considered the home team.

All match markets are based on the result of 90 minutes of play (also referred to as full or regular time) unless otherwise stated. Time added by the match referee for injuries or other interruptions is included. It does not include extra time or the time allotted for the penalty shoot-out.

In the event that a duration other than 90 minutes is indicated, all match markets will be settled based on the actual result when the game ends. In case it is not indicated that the match will be played in a different duration than usual football matches (for example 2x35, 2x40, 2x60 minutes etc.) all bets will be void

In the event that a football match does not include 2 halves, then all bets will be cancelled (void).

 

Postponed:

All bets will be void in events that are postponed/rearranged unless the event is rescheduled to be played before the end of the next calendar day, based on the local time at the place where the event is taking place.

 

Interrupted:

In case a match is interrupted and not completed by the end of the following calendar day at local time of the country where the event is held, all bets on the markets on which the game is not concluded shall be void.

Article 19 Live Betting

 

Customer places bet on an event while it is in-play. There is the possibility to bet on all sports and events that are offered.

Schedule for live betting might change due to possible changes in the broadcasting schedule.

Live betting may be interrupted or terminated during the match due to any kind of failure to follow the broadcast or for any other technical reason.

All bets which are accepted up to the moment of interruption are valid.

Article 25

Obvious Mistake

The company shall not be liable for any errors relating to bets or stakes including where: (i) the company has incorrectly set the respective odds/handicaps/totals, (ii) the company continues to accept bets or stakes on markets that have closes or blocks, (iii) the company incorrectly calculates or pays a settlement amount.

 

A. Incorrect Price - when an Obvious Error is ascertained in a live bet or after a match/event has started, any bets will stand and be settled at the company's corrected price.

 

B. Incorrect Price - when an Obvious Error is ascertained before the start of an event, the bet will be void.

 

C. Wrong Count/Line/Handicap/Balance - Before the start of an event, in live betting or after the event, when an Obvious Error is ascertained, any bets will stand and be settled on the count, line, handicap or total at the corrected value of the company, except in the following cases:

 

i) Where a corrected value is deemed to be less than 1.01 then bets will be void.

In the event of Obvious Mistake defined in Article 26 of Betting Rules, Bookmaker is obliged to place a Notification on Noticeboard of Betting Shop, in an obvious position, which it will in detail present the games and events in which the obvious mistakes happened (any category from Article 26 of Betting Rules) and exact odds in which tickets with obvious mistake will be processed (cancellation of tickets and return of the stake or calculation of real odd or calculation at the moment of betting)

 

By this, Bookmaker will consider that every player who bet on a match or event with obvious mistake in his ticket will be familiar with this as well as the conditions for calculating the odd according to the category of obvious mistake

 

Bookmaker must place the Notification from paragraph 1 of this Article on Noticeboard within 24 hours of the happening of the event with the obvious mistake.

 

Bookmaker retains the right to effect return of the stake within 48 hours and return the stake or payout the ticket with odd 1, depending on the category of obvious mistake defined in Article 24 of Betting Rules.

Betting conditions (odds, factors, totals, the limits on multiple bets, etc.) can be changed after each bet, however the terms of the previous bet remain unchanged.
