Meridian Gaming (CY) Ltd acts as data controller as defined by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Protection of Natural Persons with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data and for the Free Movement of Such Data of 2018(N.125(I)/2018). Transmission of Data to EU member states of EEA and third countries


The personal information and data provided by your side is transferred for the purpose of our legitimate interest to the company Meridian Gaming (CY) Ltd which is the “controller” or “Data Processor”.
