8. REGISTRATION / BETTING ACCOUNT

8.1 We reserve the right to correct obvious errors when preparing account balances. The company will inform the respective users of the corrections immediately.

10. LIMIT BETTING

11. PAYMENTS

If Meridan Gaming CY Ltd is unable to settle the dispute, either party is entitled to refer the dispute to the National Betting Authority via email address info@nba.gov.cy.

13.2 Players are entitled to address any complaint that may have, in principle National Betting Authority (NBA) of Cyprus as per article 13(LEGAL DISPUTE) of the Terms and Conditions.

14. CANCELLATION, TERMINATION, SUSPENSION AND BREACH (TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL BETS)

14.1 Without limiting our ability to rely on other corrective measures that may be available to us, the Company may restrict your access to the web site, suspend operation or to close your account or cancel any bets not accepted by the Company with subsequent consent of the National Betting Authority of Cyprus including (without limitation) the cases:

  • suspected of engaging in illegal, fraudulent or dishonest activity while using our website. In this case the client will be required to provide additional documentation to the company

14.2 In relation to any canceled or void bets, we reserve the right to take any money from your account relating to these bets or, if there are insufficient funds in your account, demand that they pay us the relevant outstanding amount relating to these bets.

14.3 At the close operation or suspension of your account, we reserve the right to withhold the amount is in the account pending until the outcome of any investigation (including any relevant external investigation). After end of any such investigation we reserve the right to keep the amount in your account if you make sure that you have acted in violation of this Agreement.

15. BONUS TERMS & CONDITIONS

15.1 The amount of the bet amount is bonus is not included in any returns.

16. OTHER PROVISIONS

16.1 We reserve the right to shorten / extend the duration of the promotion/ offer /product or elements of the product at any time, with prior notification of the players and will not be liable towards the customer as a result of this action.

16.2 If any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions of these Terms.
