1. GENERAL

The Customer/Player must accept the terms and conditions by reading these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing a bet in order to be able to use the Products of Meridian Gaming (CY) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Meridianbet"). When the player bets on any given selection, or places a bet using the products of the Company, the player accepts and agrees to be bound by the rules in force at the given time, for the products available on the Website.

2. COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW

The Product may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. Customers agree and comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Product and any bets placed on or via the Product.

3. NO WARRANTY

3.1 Meridianbet will provide the product exercising reasonable skill and care. It provides no further warranty or commitment, whether explicit or implied, regarding the product. All implied warranties or conditions of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, or accuracy are hereby excluded. Meridianbet provides no warranty that the Product will meet customers' requirements or that it will be barrier-free, on-time, secure or error-free, that the mistakes/errors will be corrected, or that the Meridianbet.com.cy website or server has no viruses or errors or that they reflect the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials or the results or accuracy of any information that is obtained from customers through the Product.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

4.1 The Customer agrees that the use of the Product by himself is his sole responsibility.

4.2 Meridianbet will not be liable in case of loss or damage related with the use made by the Customer in the Product, indirect or direct, including without limitation, loss of work, loss of profits, interruption of business, loss of business information, or any other monetary or consequential loss (even where we have been notified of such loss or damage).

4.3 Meridianbet will not be liable to the customer for any content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Product and the customer confirms that Meridianbet will not be liable to him or against any third party for any modification, suspension or withdrawal of the Product.

 

5. COMPENSATION

The Customer fully agrees to compensate, defend and release Meridianbet, its executives, its directors, employees, agents and suppliers, immediately upon request for all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, losses and expenses, including any legal costs that may arise from any breach of the Terms and Conditions by him or any other liability arising from the use of the Product by himself or its use by any other person having access to the Product using his/her own identification data.

6. ACCOUNT FREEZE

Account freezing occurs in cases where a person fraudulently tries to deceive the Recipient or violate an agreement between the Company and the Recipient given that he/she has accepted and committed to accepting the terms and conditions upon registration, i.e., by creating duplicate accounts. 

Each player is only allowed to have a sole account number and only one account may use the same IP address and/or computer.  If a player has more than one account, all winnings will be forfeited and the player's account will be suspended.

Account freezes are also carried out in cases of refusal to verify the account, i.e., when a player refuses or neglects to submit the required documents and information requested by the Recipient for verification purposes or when the Recipient requests additional information for account identification to create his financial profile, and the player refuses to provide them without any sufficient justification.

In such cases, the Recipient is reasonable to suspect or believe that the player may be involved in money laundering or terrorist financing activities and may temporarily freeze the player's account until it has examined the player's profile and activities under the Directive on Preventing and Combating Money Laundering (15. 2023.v3) as have been amended or replaced by the National Betting Authority.

7. CLOSURE OF A PLAYER’S ACCOUNT

The Recipient shall apply due diligence measures before "closing a player’s account" where the following cases are adequately considered:

  • if a user neglects or refuses to submit the required documents and information requested by the Recipient within thirty days for verification purposes of his account or for the identification of his financial profile, without any sufficient justification, then the Recipient may close the player's account after informing the player in writing.
  • if a user repeatedly attempts to avoid the transaction amount of €2,000 or is reluctant to provide additional information or documentation reasonably requested by the Recipient when a user earns or exceeds the amount of €2,000 based on the National Betting Authority’s (NBA) Directive 15.2023.v3 as amended or replaced from time to time.
  • if a user decides to exclude himself from the betting activities offered by our site either for a specific period of time or for an indefinite period then he may proceed with our self-exclusion options and restrict himself from further participation in sports betting or make a request via email or any other means of communication with the Recipient based on the Directive 10/2020 or as amended or replaced by the NBA. It is noted that in the event of a player's self-exclusion and due to Meridianbet's compliance with Directive 10/2020 or as amended or replaced by the NBA, the Company must immediately block the player's account, in the event of a player's payment, Meridianbet will settle any payments to the player via the bank account from which the funds were conducted for the betting activity.
  • In the event that there is an impediment and/or great difficulty in settling the payments or an inability to settle the payment to the player through the bank account from which the amounts for betting were conducted as provided for in Section 63 (3) of the Betting Law 2019, Meridianbet will settle any payments to the player through a bank wire transfer. Self-exclusion of a specific period of time is automatically annulled upon its expiry without any specific action being required from the player, whereas self-exclusion of an indefinite period of time is cancelled only upon the expiry of seven days from the player’s electronic notification receipt and only after the self-exclusion period of at least 12 months has been completed.
  • if the Recipient, after further examination of the user's account, considers that the user is betting on identical tickets or maintaining duplicate accounts in a fraudulent manner aimed at additional winnings and/or where the Recipient has doubts about the validity and/or accuracy of the player's data.
  • if the user consents to the closure of his/her account after the 24 (twenty-four) month period where he/she has kept it inactive without any transaction after being informed by the Recipient based on Directive 11/2020 or as amended or replaced. Thereafter, the Recipient shall send an email to the player's last known email address to inform the player of the closure of his account and any execution of a transfer in relation to the balance thereof.
  • if the Company's Risk Assessment considers, based on our policy, the activities of a user to be high risk due to the fact that he/she is a regular player with fluctuations and/or notable changes in his/her betting activity
  • whether there is a risk originated from specific methods of transactions or crediting the player's account which are considered to involve a higher risk of money laundering and terrorist financing, a risk arising from the source of the revenue and source of wealth of the user's income or assets e.g., players who appear on international sanctions lists or players who are residents or citizens of non-compliant or high-risk countries
  • if a geographical risk arises to a player's account due to his place of residence, e.g., residents, citizens of high-risk third countries linked to money laundering or terrorist financing activities.

8. TERMINATION / SUSPENSION OF THE ACCOUNT

8.1 Meridianbet may close Customer’s account (including username and his password) if the Company believes that the Customer have breached any of these Conditions or have acted in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of any of them or for any reason terminate the providing of the Product. In such cases, the National Betting Authority will be informed.

*When the player/account is under investigation, the Company reserves the right to temporarily freeze the account of player.

8.2 The Customer acknowledges that if he receives such notice of any termination or suspension of his account, he will be notified via the notification system.

9. COPYRIGHT

9.1 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all copyrights, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content provided as part of Meridianbet.com.cy betting services belong to Meridianbet or licensors. Customer is permitted to use this material only in the manner expressly authorized by Meridianbet or its licensors.

9.2 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the material and content contained in Meridianbet.com.cy site and is provided as part of the Product is available only for his personal non-commercial use and that he can upload (“downloading") the material and content only in a hard disk for this purpose. Any other use of the material and this content is strictly prohibited. The Customer agrees that he will not (and agrees not to assist or facilitate any third party) to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit, breach or create derivative works of the material and the content therein.

10. REGISTRATION/BETTING ACCOUNT

Registration of an account

(1) The Company shall allow a person to register as a player provided that this person submits a relevant application for registration.

(2) The application for registration must be submitted online and includes at least the following information:

(a) confirmation that the player is aged eighteen 18 years old or over;

(b) the player’s identity details;

(c) the player’s home address;

(d) a valid email address; and

(e) confirmation that the player has been informed on the terms of the bet and the way it is conducted, including the amount he may be required to pay to the Class B licensed bookmaker

 

10.1 Meridianbet reserves the right to correct obvious errors upon preparing account balances. The Company will inform the respective users for the corrections immediately.

10.2 Meridianbet reserves the right to exclude users with false data from participating in the games offered and to refuse them the payment of any winnings. Upon request of the Company, the user is required to provide an official document with photo, to prove the identity (a passport copy or ID card).

10.3 Each user may only have one account. Users who have already registered, they are not allowed to register as new users with another name or with a different email address (e-mail). If the user violates this rule, the company is entitled to cancel any submitted bets and any submitted Free Bets to the respective account.

10.4 In the event of a suspicion of manipulation or fraud, and in case of any violation of these Terms and Conditions, in particular the multiple simultaneous participation in games and the creation of several accounts, the Company may exclude the respective user from submitting further bets and from his participation in other games. Any criminal or suspicious act may be reported to the competent authorities (MOKAS, NBA etc). In such a case, the Company will pay the user any real amount on the balance of his betting account after deducting a 10% handling charge provided that the amount has been legally acquired. Freebets or winnings that may be derived from FreeBets, which have not been legally acquired, they will be void.

10.5 Each customer is allowed to have only one account number and only one account can use the same IP address and the same computer. The Company allows ONLY ONE ACCOUNT per person, family, household, address, email address, telephone number, number of the debit/credit account and shared computer e.g. school, public library or workplace. If the Customer has more than one account, all winnings and bonuses will be void, the operation of the account will be suspended and the initial deposit will be transferred to the player's account balance. The National Betting Authority of Cyprus will act as the final referee in any dispute between Meridianbet and its registered players according to the Company's policies.

10.6 PLAYER’s obligations

The Customer hereby represents and warrants that:

10.6.1 He is over 18 years old or has a minimum legal age defined by the jurisdiction of his country of residence and, based on existing laws, he is legally allowed to participate in the games offered on the website.

10.6.2 He participates in games with strictly non-professional capacity for recreational and entertainment purposes only.

10.6.3 He participates in games representing himself and not on behalf of any other person.

10.6.4 All information that he provides in Meridianbet during the term of this agreement is true, complete and correct, and he will immediately notify Meridianbet for any changes of such information.

10.6.5 He is solely responsible for reporting and any tax declaration applicable to him under relevant laws for any winnings he will received from Meridianbet.

10.6.6 All money is deposited in the gaming account. He is not suspected of any illegality and, in particular, he does not originate from any illegal activity or source.

10.6.7 It is understood that with his participation in the games, he is taking the risk of losing money deposited into his gaming account.

10.7 PROTECTION OF CUSTOMER FUNDS

Meridianbet will, upon request by the player in whose name an account is created, remit the amounts due to the player within five (5) working days from the date of filing of the application after verification of player’s registration, security procedures are carried out in relation to the player's account and it is ensured that there is compliance with the approved regulations in relation to the payment of the winnings to the players.

11. PAYMENT METHODS

11.1 Meridianbet pays the handling fees for player transactions. However, the Company, in some cases, reserves the right to charge handling costs to the player for his transactions and any handling costs - if any – they will be charged to the respective player during the transaction. 12. LIMIT BETTING

12.1 Each player may only have one account. Players who have already registered, he cannot register as new users with another name or another email address. If a player violates this rule, the Company has the right to cancel any placed bets and to cancel any bonus amount held in the respective account.

12.2 Meridianbet promotes the Responsible Gaming and the Website supports Responsible participation in the Games. Therefore, the website is designed for entertainment and personal use purposes. If the client is diagnosed with any form of obsessive compulsive disorder in the games, it is forbidden to participate in any games with real money on the websites. If the client believes that he has a problem with compulsive or addictive behavior towards games, please look for professional help and avoid the present and any other game site.

12.3 According to Directive 10/2020 or as it has been amended or replaced, the player has the right to request, by means of an electronic notification, for a specific period of time: the setting the amount of the bet, the maximum limit he can lose, the setting of the period of time during which he can place bets or exclude himself from the possibility to bet, either for a specific period of time or for an indefinite period of time. Licensed recipient, allows a registered player to participate in a bet provided that he has set a deposit limit. 

In addition, withdrawal of a limit or any modification thereof, which results to reduce player’s protection, may only be carried out 7 days after receiving the player's electronic request, whereas any change which results in increased player protection shall  have an immediate effect and application upon receiving the relevant electronic notification.

Self-exclusion is terminated automatically upon completion of the selected exclusion period while a self-exclusion of an indefinite period of time is annulled only after 7 (seven days) from the receipt of an electronic notification by the player, after a self-exclusion period of at least 12 months has been completed.

It is noted that in the event of a player's self-exclusion and due to Meridianbet's compliance with Directive 10/2020, the Company must immediately exclude the player's account, in the event of the player’s payment, Meridianbet will settle any payments to the player through the bank account from which the amounts with which the bet was made. In the event that there is an impediment and/or a major difficulty in settling of the payments or the inability to fulfill the player's payment through the bank account from which the amounts with which the bet was made as provided in article 63(3) of the Betting Law 2019, Meridianbet will settle any payments to the player via bank transfer.

12.4 The National Self-exclusion platform facilitates players to control their betting and voluntarily exclude themselves from all online bookmakers who are licensed in the Republic of Cyprus free of charge through the web link https://www.exclusion.cy/ .

The National Self-exclusion is a process that allows players to control their access to online betting websites. The player acknowledges that their betting activity has brought gambling related harm on their life, hence, they may use the self-exclusion tool for a more effective control of their betting activity.

A player may be self-excluded from all National Betting Authority licenced betting websites either temporarily or for an indefinite period. During the self-exclusion period, the player has access to their current account only for the purpose of withdrawing their deposits and cannot create a new account in a licenced bookmaker’s website.

13. PAYMENTS

13.1 Before the first payment of the credit balance of real money from a betting account, the user must send a complete and legible copy of an official document with a photograph proving identity. With this copy of the official document, the Company will check the personal data during registration (in particular the name and date of birth). In case of discrepancies, the bets made by the user will be cancelled and winnings will not be paid to the user, unless the user proves his right to the balance of the betting account in other way. If it turns out that a user has opened several accounts, the Company may refuse the payment of balances on these accounts (with the exception of the legitimately acquired balance - minus a handling charge of 10% on the account which first opened).

 

13.2 Any amount paid to a player shall be paid only to the bank account from which the amounts with which the bet was made. Payouts will only be made in the name of the respective account holder.

13.3 The user agrees to disclose information related to his/her bank account, from which the bets will be placed. The user agrees that this information may be used by the Company for refund purposes to the user.

13.4 The Company reserves the right to change the payment method in individual cases (eg by issuing credit card returns).

13.5 Meridianbet.com.cy website will not be responsible for any changes to payment amounts resulting from exchange rates.

13.6 Meridianbet will conduct additional verification procedures for any payment exceeding the equivalent of       €2,000 and reserves the right to conduct such verification procedures in cases of lower payments.

14. Dormant Accounts

Based on the directive 11.2020, of the article 64 (2, in case no transaction has been made in the player’s account for a period of twenty four (24) months, the Class B licensed bookmaker must inform these players that their account is set to inactive and may be closed. The Recipient shall inform the user of the balance in his account, if any, so that the player can be refunded the specified amount to an account designated by the player. Subsequently, the Recipient shall send an e-mail to the last known e-mail address of the player in order to inform the player of the closure of his account and/or of any execution of a transfer in relation to his/her account balance. Subsequently, after repeated attempts by the Recipient to reach the player transfers the balance of the player's account to an account specified by the player or, if the player cannot be located, the amount shall be transferred to the Authority. The amounts deposited with the Authority are to be used according to regulations. Provided that, there is no right to raise any claim against a Class B licensed bookmaker who has transferred an amount from the player’s account to the Authority in accordance with the provisions of this Article. If a player wishes to maintain their account they must make at least one transaction directly in order to become an active player.

The player's account should not be used as a banking facility and deposits should be made only for use as funds for betting. In the event of repeated deposits and withdrawals without placing the appropriate bets, Meridianbet reserves the right to charge up 10% of player’s bank account, without prior notice, any bank charges charged to Meridianbet before proceeding to close the account.

15. Privacy Policy

15.1 Privacy Policy marks out the way in which Meridian Gaming (CY) Ltd is managing the information and data you provide to us in order to manage the relationship with our website.

15.2 All the personal information and data provided by your side is processed and otherwise held by Meridianbet in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We collect the personal information and data by your side through various ways:  website, mobile application, email, chat, telephone calls or any other means.

15.3 By accepting this Privacy Policy you hereby acknowledge and accept the use of your personal information and data as set out in this Privacy Policy. By accepting the Privacy Policy you understand that is necessary for Meridianbet to collect, hold and otherwise handle your data in order to allow you the access to the website and participate in our offer. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy please do not use Meridianbet website or provide us in any other way with your personal information and data.


15.4 Meridian Gaming (CY) Ltd controls the ways your personal data is collected, processed and the purposes for which the data is used through our website www.meridianbet.com.cy. 15.5 Meridianbet protects and keeps your personal information and data in accordance with the high standards of our company and with the applicable Data Protection laws. The applicable Data Protection laws define that we can only process your personal data when there is a legal basis for processing, including the “legitimate interest” proposed by our side. The legal basis for processing may be one of the following:

 

  • When you have consented to the processing
  • When it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of any contract that we have with you
  • When it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation under EU law or national law, including Anti-Money Laundry laws and regulations
  • When it is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by us (or by a third party), unless it is overridden by your interests, fundamental rights and freedoms.
  • When it is necessary to protect your vital interests or of another natural person
  • When it is necessary to perform a task carried out in the public interest


15.6 By using the website /application upon your registration so that you can use any of the services we offer through our website /application or by contacting us, the Privacy Policy will come into force upon your consent.

15.7 The personal data we collect from you may include the following:

  • information you provide to us when registering for our services by filling in forms on the website or any other information you submit to us via the website or email;
  • information you provide to us in any correspondence and a record of any correspondence we have with you;
  • details of your visits to the website including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data;
  •  information about any possible criminal, fraudulent, or anti-money laundering activity;
  • details of transactions you carry out with us. Meridian Gaming (CY) Ltd may request any other information required for the purpose of confirming the source of wealth to verify the player's transactions;
  • information about your use of our Services;
  • the information you provide us through the surveys or competitions you participate in;
  • information about your preferences;
  • information about your betting history and patterns;
  • telephone calls to and from our Customer Support Team are recorded for training and security purposes along with the resolution of any queries arising from the service you receive.

Where it is reasonable or required for us to do so and not damaging to your rights and freedoms, we also collect personal information and data from publicly available sources such as internet searches, public records, and broadcast media.

15.8 We will process your personal data for the following purposes and in accordance with the following lawful conditions:

  • In order to be able to set up your account so that you can take full use of all the features of our services (necessary to perform the contract)
  • To enable us to receive questions and comments from you through our help center, and for us to be able to respond to them (necessary for the performance of the contract)
  • To our compliance with relevant regulations regarding your registration and to verification of the personal data you provide to us, including the disclosure of such data to third parties such as the Data Protection Officer, Commissioner of Personal Data Protection or any other competent Supervisory Authority (including financial institutions, age verification and Credit Rating Agencies) in relation to these purposes (legal obligation)
  • When you set deposit limits we will use automated means to track your deposit amounts to make sure that we fulfil your request (consent)
  • Preparing statistics, providing analytical reports and analysis relating to the use of the services by you and other customers (legitimate interests)
  • To communicate with you to announce significant service changes, technical issue updates and changes to the General Terms, including this Privacy Policy (necessary for the performance of the contract)
  • To send you offers and promotions which may be of interest to your (but only when you have given your consent)
  • To provide you with personalized use of our services so that we can offer you a better service. To profile you so that we can better understand your preferences and which products and offers would be most suitable for you and for similar customers with you (legitimate interests).
  • To our compliance with requested measures to identify and investigate any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity, including possible money laundering, the use of proceeds of crime and fraud (legal obligation)
  • To our compliance with the responsible gaming and social responsibility obligations we will monitor the bets on sports or other events and/or deposit patterns that may indicate concern in respect of responsible gaming.  We may use automated decision-making processes to help us to identify such patterns (legal obligation).

15.9 If you choose not to provide your Personal Data or to withdraw the previously given consent it may prevent us from meeting legal obligations, fulfilling a contract, or performing services required to run your account. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Not providing your personal data may mean we are unable to provide you with products or services.

 

15.10 The personal data you have provided on our website www.meridianbet.com.cy will be retained for a period of at least five (5) years from the date of the last transaction and any of the account data may not be destroyed unless the period of five (5) years lapses and the prior approval of the Authority has been obtained. (Article 61(2))of the Betting Law of 2019, Law 37 (I) /2019).


15.11 According to the Personal Data Processing (Protection of the Individual) Law of 2001 (138(I)/2001) the transmission of data which have been processed or are intended for processing after their transmission to any country shall be permitted after a license of the Commissioner. The Commissioner shall issue this license only if he considers that the said country ensures an adequate level of protection. The transmission of data to Member-States of the European Union is free. The transmission of personal data to a country which does not ensure an adequate level of protection, is permitted exceptionally after a license of the Commissioner, under certain conditions.


15.12 Please note that in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) you have the following rights in regards to Meridianbet handling your personal data:

• You can withdraw your initial consent at any time; however, this will not invalidate any previously consented processing for which prior consent has been given. Also, the withdrawal of the consent can result in closing your account if the withdrawal of the consent is not in accordance with the legal basis on which we are processing such data.
• Filing a complaint with any relevant Data Protection Authority
• Access to your Personal Data that we process
• Correction of any Personal Data that is incorrect or out of date
• Erasure of the Personal Data that we process
• Right to restrict processing of your Personal Data in certain circumstances
• Right to transfer your data to a third party proposed by your side

15.13 If there are any changes made to this Privacy Policy we will inform you in advance by email, notification on the website or other communication channels agreed upon, giving you the appropriate time to examine, understand and accept or not the changes before they come into force.
 

We will not enforce changes to the Privacy Policy without your consent. If you decline to accept the changes to the Privacy Policy, or otherwise do not accept the changes within the appropriate time period, we may not be able to continue to provide some or all products and services, as well as any use or processing by third parties (Data Protection Officer, Commissioner of Personal Data Protection or any competent Supervisory Authority).

 

16. Legal Dispute

16.1 There is specially created customer support department for resolving all complaints and disputes.

If Meridianbet is unable to settle the dispute, both parties are entitled to refer the dispute to the National Betting Authority via email address: [email protected] .

16.2 Players are entitled to report any complaint they may have initially to the National Betting Authority (NBA) in accordance with Cyprus Law and in particular with the provisions of Article 15  of the Betting Law 2019 and of Directive 20/2017 (Procedure for Submission and Examination of Complaints) issued by the National Betting Authority.

 

17. CANCELLATION, TERMINATION, SUSPENSION AND BREACH (TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL BETS)

17.1 Without limiting Company’s ability to rely on other corrective measures that may be available, Meridianbet may restrict Player’s access to the website, suspend the operation or to close his account or cancel any bets which have not been accepted by Meridianbet by informing the National Betting Authority including (without limitation) the cases:

  • suspected of Player’s engaging in illegal, fraudulent or dishonest activity while using Company’s website
  • suspected of violating any Term of this Agreement
  • there is a technical problem

17.2 In relation to any cancelled or void bets, Meridianbet reserves the right to take any money from Player’s account relating to these bets or, if there are insufficient funds on his account, demands to pay to the Company the relevant outstanding amount relating to these bets.

17.3 In all cases, upon closure or suspension of the player's account, Meridanbet reserves the right to withhold the amount outstanding in the account pending the completion of any investigation (including any relevant external investigation). Once such an investigation has been completed, Meridanbet reserves the right to withhold the amount in the account if it is satisfied that it has acted in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

17.4 National Betting Authority will be notified in case of depreciation of any payment from player’s account with further explanation.

 

18. BONUS TERMS & CONDITIONS

18.1 The amount of the bonus amount of a bet is not included in any refund.

18.2 Account amounts of the bonus cannot be exchanged for real account balance.

19. OTHER PROVISIONS

19.1 Meridianbet reserves the right to shorten/extend the duration of the promotion/offer/product or product data. Provided that the players will be informed.

19.2 If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be unlawful, invalid or for any other reason unenforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be separate from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the other provisions of present Terms.

19.3 These Terms and Conditions include the entire agreement between the customer and Meridianbet about the Product. The customer confirms that, by accepting the Terms, he has not relied on any other representation (expression) other than the representation (expression) understood in these Terms. He agrees that he will have no remedy in relation to any false representation (expression) which has not been a term/ condition of these Regulations unless the agreement is not applied in relation to any fraudulent or negligent false representation (expression) irrespective of whether this term has been a term of these Terms and Conditions.

19.4 Meridian Gaming (CY) Ltd is licensed by the National Betting Authority (NBA) under Recipient’s License Number B009  at Leoforos Amathountos 180, Block A, 1st Floor, Parekklisia, 4533 Limassol, Cyprus

19.5 Meridian Gaming (CY) Ltd is not a Financial Institution.

19.6 These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Cyprus Law and the courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over them.

19.7 The Greek version will prevail over any other (version) and therefore the player is bound by the Greek text only.
