How can I verify the betting account?


Considering the high security standards we follow, and in order to be able to protect the privacy of your account, its details and funds in it, an account must be verified.

We clarify that it is acceptable the opening of new accounts to:

1) Cypriot citizens residing permanently in Cyprus.
2) Other citizens who reside permanently in Cyprus and who come from countries that are not included in the list of restricted territories.

For Cypriot citizens residing permanently in Cyprus, the following documents must be sent to the company for verification of their account:
a) Evidence on identity: image of ID card (front and back) 
b) Evidence on address: copy of the recent utility bill (electricity, bank statement or similar).

Important: We do not accept a bill for the cell phone as Utility Bill. Also, we are not accepting Print Screen of a Utility Bill (e.g if a player takes a picture of his bank account in an internet browser).

For other citizens who reside permanently in Cyprus and who come from countries that are not included in the list of restricted territories, the following documents must be sent to the company for verification of their account:
a) Your valid official identification document in color, such as your international passport, national identity card or driver’s license and/or residence/work permit. Please provide back and front.
b) A recent utility bill (water bill, electricity bill, etc.), or bank statement, received by post, and issued within last three months in Cyprus. Please note that the utility bill must be on your name and must be issued in Cyprus.
